Adding A Image Just Below The Album Title

I was just wondering if its possible to add a image just below the album title, sorry if this has already been asked, did a search but didn't find anything relevant.

I actually meant the Category Name, I know you can add a Category Thumbnail but I want the fullsize image to be below the Category Name
