Problem upgrading from 1.4.10 to 1.4.12

I had recently gotten Coppermine and when I came to the site to download and put it on another one of my sites I saw the mandatory upgrade.

So after I did everything listed and followed the upgrade steps in the documentation, I went to run the file "update.php" and got the following error:

Any idea of how to fix this?

Ahh, I didn't notice when I added all the new files the permissions changed. Thanks, all fixed.
