Goodafternoon everybody.

I have a problem, a lot of people seems to have, but I haven't found a proper working solution in former forum messages. Does somebody know how I can solve this.

The problem Is a New member and myself don't receive an email when a new member registered him/herself.  :'(

The e-cards are working ok.  ???

My photogallery can be found at (The page is not completely ready, In firefox, the website looks lousy, I have to solve that...):

I hope that somebody can help me..  :-*

I just signed up and got the registration email successfully. Make sure you set your address correctly, or try using a different provider.

I have found out that this was the problem in the Admin under Config:

When using both 'User registration requires email verification' and 'Admin Activation' the user email is never verified.

I also have struck this with a new 1.4.12 fresh install.  Tried it both ways, and it sometimes works and other times doesn't.  Didn't work with a friend using a Hotmail email.  Even tried it on my own emails (real accounts not Hotmail etc) and had one not work and the other email did.  Is there a problem with the email script being a little buggy, I wouldn't have thought so after this many updates.

Thanks for replies.

Peter

Hey, I'm also having the same problem. I'm using 'sendmail' and no emails are being delivered to "gmail" or "hotmail" (not sure about yahoo) accounts. It's only sending to proper domain name emails. Is this a problem with my host, coppermine or the free email providers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated  :)

Probably option one. Maybe option three. Nothing we could possibly help you with.
