I have a directory called 'entertainment' which houses coppermine which stored both video and audio files.
I decided I wanted them in seperate galleries so instead of downloading coppermine and installing I downloaded the coppermine in the enterinainment directory and uploaded it into the new directory 'audio'.
I went into 'config' and change the url to - url/audio.
Where else needs to be change so they are completely serperate as at the moment what I do to one happens to the other.

You need to separate the databases. Make a copy of the db and modify include/config.inc.php.
