I would like to display my video and audio like this in coppermine.
Obviously all will be viewable via the site, can I add watermarks to the videos?

Coppermine (or rather: the image libraries it uses) can't modify videos, so the short answer is: no, you can't watermark videos using Coppermine. Do so on your client before you upload them.
