but now when I want to use the lang hebrew it showing the names of the photos and galleries in strange letters and when gallery is in english it works fine
whats the problem?

Do not upgrade only your Lang Files.

You need to upgrade all your files to the newest Coppermine.
At this time you need to upgrade to CPG 1.4.12 here for exemple.
