Help with bridging issue.

Forum version: PhpBB 2.0.22
Test user account: User / user

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://animesense.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx (if applicable): phpbb2mysql

FORUM COOKIE SETTINGS
cookie prefix : phpbb2mysql
cookie path : /

GALLERY COOKIE SETTINGS
cookie prefix : cpg143
cookie path : /

Everything works great, except for one little part. When I login through the gallery I am taken to the forum login form. I login and I am successfully redirected to gallery. After then, I go back into my forum and am still logged in. So far, so good. But ... at this point, when I try to go back into the gallery from the link on the forum, I am logged out from the gallery. Basically, I want to know how can I keep the login active while jumping back and forth from the forum to the gallery, unless I logout.

Make up your mind between www.animesense.com/forum and animesense.com/forum they are different where comes to cookie side

I made a typo there Sami, under the the bridgemanager settings, forum url is actually http://www.animesense.com/forum ... so the problem still exists.

A side question for you guys, for these two versions of these applications to work best, which bridge file should be used? I am using the latest bridge file found in cpg1.4.12 release. Hope that's not the problem. And while I was bridging, I choose "phpbb 2.0.18 or better" option.

that's okay but you should upgrade whole gallery to recent version (1.4.12) for security

and about your bridge problem , I don't see any gallery link under forum and if you have a link make sure to point it to http://www.animesense.com/gallery/

I will be sure to upgrade. I just can't move on without fixing errors first.

I can see the link on the forum in my IE explorer, but not through Firefox, but that issue doesn't pertain here, so I do not seek support regarding that. As for the matter at hand, I just changed my link to http://www.animesense.com/gallery/ on the forum but I still get the same results. Basically, if one was to log in through the forum and click my link on the forum to the gallery, they would be not be logged when they reach the gallery.

check your browser cookie setting
works fine with FF
