Difrint max height/width on thumbs?

can i doo this??

i will like the max height 100pxl and max width 200pxl
i like the thumbs to be the same hight but i get a broblem then i come to a site like this: http://hotimage.dk/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=4

here i bether like a max width, so it dont brake the width of a 1024 monitor

Atm i can set the max dimentions on hight, width or both (same valute)
