Count user album

How can i do limit in user create album. I like, user can't create album more than 2.

There's no way built into coppermine's user interface to limit the number of albums a user can create if you allow him to have a personal gallery in the first place. If you need such a feature, you'll probably have to code it or hire someone to do this for you.
