unlimited picture space

Can someone please tell me how I can get unlimited space for my pictures please? I have a site that is used for fossil hunters to display their finds on. It used to work on members could place unlimited pictures in their album/files etc. Then it got deleted by the host I was using at the time Heart Internet, now its back on and we're having to rebuild the site from scratch, but I no longer have unlimited space for my members, just myself and the administrators.
What do I do?

If you mean the group quotas then you set that on the groups page.
