How to upload png file?

When I try to upload png files, cpg could not detect those files? please advise.

When asking for support, do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.

I have no problem uploading the jpg files, only the png files. I read through, but still could not figure out how to upload png files?

Check if switching to GD2 helps if you are not already set to that.

No, just do as I told you: respect board rules and do EXACTLY as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. That section of the docs exists for very valid reasons. I'm not ready to argue with anyone about it. Unless you do as suggested, there will be no help.
