One more quick PHP issue

I edited the captions for the intermediate display images so above the image is
Title by The Person Who Uploaded it

In my theme.php file I have the following

What I'd like to do if it's possible is have the 'owner_name' link to the person's profile? I'm kind of at a loss on how to set it up.
