Missing "UPLOAD" Button/Link

I am having a problem with my gallery.  When I first installed CPG I could upload pictures but not now. I am not sure if I could upload photos after I bridged to SMF.

I am running CPG 1.4.12
Bridged to SMF 1.1.4

And I can no longer find an upload button.

I have set up the gallery as described in the troubleshooting section with a
User Name: Helper
Password: 123456
Site: http://theblackhand.asn.au/gallery/index.php

It used to work but now there is no upload button.  Very annoying. Please PM me if you can help or need more detail.

Set upload permissions on the groups page.

I feel a little stupid given that I looked at this page when setting up the Helper log in to ensure they had post permission.  Just didn't look at the others.
