Album Design change Thumbnail and Describtion with table?

hello
I'm wondering but i didn't find something about it.
I want to show the describtion and title on the right side of thumnail, not under the thumbnail. Where can i change this? Can i use a table to solve this?

when you use the modpack you have the possibility to show some info on the right side of the thumb. So you have just some lil coding to do to move the last info (title+description) there as well
