My uploaded pictures don,t show?

im uploading them directly from desktop, using "file upload" on site it cycles through uploading process, then i get thisthe little thumbnail on left dosen,t show?

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and the section right after it that explains how to ask for support on upload issues.
If you don't, we won't be able to help you.
