issues bridging smf forum with coppermine gallery

I'm trying to bridge my forum with coppermine gallery but i'm getting error message.

    * http://gallery.weblinkct.net/Settings.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

I checked if the settings.php exist on my gallery folder but can't seem to locate this file.
