"The previous file could not be placed" "No file were uploaded" error while uploading files to albums with Jupload

I had a search for this error and read

I did exactly as per the document and the site is open for debug.

http file uploads working smooth as butter... moving this thread to the plugins board as it seems to be a Jupload issue
