Hi guys, I recently change of host so I had to move my gallery. I made a backup of my databases with cpanel tools and also copy all the folder of the gallery. I put it on the same root on the new host and restore the databases. Everything was just fine, untill I try to uploard new albums. Apparently the database accept the addition of the albums and files. However, the gallery doesnt show the albums neither the files. I dont know whats wrong, please help me.

By the way I upload by ftp, and then use plugin Mass import to put them in the gallery.

This is clearly an uploading issue. Moving accordingly. Do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and the next section that explains how to ask for support on upload issues.

I dont think is an upload problem, I think its a database problem.
Look, I just enter to my gallery 15 minutes ago, the new albums did appear and also they appear some that I had erased long before. So I erase them again. Then after erasing them the page log me out, without me asking for it. Then I log in again and all the changes that I did weren´t there, and the new albums dissappear again. :o

Yet you should still do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs, not only for the sake of looking into potential upload issues, but as well for having something to look at in the first place; the upload troubleshooting section says that you must post a link to your gallery (along with some other things). Do you think that it would be a bad idea to see this first? After all, we're not mind-readers. Quite frankly, I find it strange that you're trying to argue with supporters instead of doing as they suggest. If you don't want my help, just say so. If you actually do want my help, do as I suggest!
