Unable to write config file 'include/config.inc.php'

i have got this error... >< please help me ><

Make sure that the include folder is writable for the script as suggested in the documentation. Please read the docs before asking questions.

No, apparently the problem lies with you being reluctant to RTFM.
Did you read the docs as I suggested, particularly the permissions section? If not, do so now! If you actually have read the section, then post what settings you have applied to show us that you have understood the concept.

That's irrelevant. Permissions may be set up differently on different sites. That's why we have the permissions section in the docs: they should tell you what you need to do independant of the site.
