Means your server does not support the URI upload feature.

Is there something I can do with it? I am using upload.php with your modification for dispaying YouTube videos for people whose server does not support the URI uploads - and YouTube videos works fine (only this does not work).

Unless you know PHP, no. Best idea is to see if your host will change the setting for you.
