Hi hope somebody can help have a problem when putting a long or large amount of text in description as none of the sentances are uniform and looks very odd if any one can help please respond example http://hughsphotoshop.freehostia.com/Gallery2/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=4&pos=0

Copy the $template_display_media template from the sample theme.php into your theme.php and remove the <center> and </center> tags around the caption.
