guest an registered upload

Hi.... how can i do it, so that al the users (resgitered and guest) can upload images so that later on the administrator can try them??? (if this this can be solve with a configuration please tellme. what has to be done step by step... thanks

I gave permission but remains the same and I get this message :

"Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files" in spanish "Perdona pero no hay ningún album donde esté permitido insertar nuevos ficheros"

Then create an album that allows visitors to upload. This is a common question - search before posting.
