Hi Guys!

First let me say, if nobody replies, I will take it as contact my webhost, and I'll never bother ya again

Here's my issue:

Coppermine was installed, but I was never shown "how to". I made an account for myself www.vlounge.ca/members BUT I don't know how to make me admin to control the galleries and forums stuff. I was reading everything u guys suggest about myphpadmin, so I downloaded it, but I of course don't know how to "run it" or even install it. What should be my easiest plan of attack? If u need more info or something please let me know!
