No Update needed

hi, i have a problem when i want to change an album properties:
exemple:
Album can be view by :-->  Me Only.
if i change to "Everybody", then after i click to the  "update album' button
the message is  "no Update needed" and the modification is not active !
the problem was on version 1.4.13. so i decided to migrate to 1.4.1.4 and
the problem is still alive !

sorry, i have found myself.
i dont know why, but when you put a password to an album, the access change to Me Only !
