You mustn't PM supporters!
Ask your webhost - your pics are inaccessible. When going to a randomly picked image (http://www.tiffany-gurl.star-sites.com/gallery/albums/userpics/normal_Image11.jpg), this is what I get:

You don't have permission to access /gallery/albums/userpics/normal_Image11.jpg on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
