Uploading Problem

 I am having issues with my Coppermine gallery when I add a photo i get a black bar.

Print Screen: [Edit GauGau] Replaced hotlinked file with attachment [/Edit]
How can I get the photos to show properly? And yes I have tried batching.

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. Read the section below as well that is named "asking for support on upload issues".
