Coppermine rights for registered

Hello, i need help for the following problem.

I have some public albums. In the Groupsetting i set for registered Users, CAN UPLOAD, but if there is a registered user, who try to uplpoad a file, he gets an errormessage.... no albums there for upload. What can I do
