Connection to database error

First off I want to say thank you for providing a help forum. Secondly if for some reason i am posting in the wrong section I truelly am very sorry. I am quite new to all this and I scanned the forums to try and make sure i was doing so in the correct spot... but still not certain.

We just moved our website from one hosting server to another. now for whatever reason when we try to visit the photo gallery we randomly (about 75% of the time) get the following message...

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !
MySQL said: Access denied for user 'extreme_copp1'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Here is the URL  http://extreme-eliteallstars.com/photos/ and I am wondering if this is something I might be able to repair.
