Admin config albums tab causing overflow...

A funny thing is happening to my Admin config panel when I click on the album tab - The other tabs work fine, with no overflow bar, but when I click on the album tab, the overflow kicks in.  Unsure why one is effecting it all except that it looks like the form fields are too long, but do not remember changing anything like that.

anyone know where to start looking to fix this problem?  is there a style.css issue causing this problem?

attached are the screen shots from 2 different tabs, first one working normal, second one, the album tab, not working normal..

just checked..  yes it does...  just on the album tab
