showing empty directory in mass batch after uploading jpgs

After creating a new directory withing the album dir I uploade some new pics. When I use the massadd it tells me the directory is empty.

I had this one time before and then after changing the rights it worked again. But this time I cant find the right setup for the dirs withing the albumdir.

I feel stupid to bother you with this but I get anoid with my friends asking for these pics ;-) Thanks in advance for any help!

Read up the sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues" and do exactly as suggested there. What's "massad"? Do you mean "batch-add" or do you mean the "MassImport Plugin"? The later goes unsupported here.
We can't tell you what permissions you need to set up on your specific server setup, as this depends on how your webhost has set up the server. Read up the permissions section of the docs. If you can't figure out on your own, ask your webhost for support.
In the future, don't post debug_output unless a supporter explicitely asks for it.
