Here are few thing I can't quite figure out how to do...

1. sort photo by EXIF date (time photo taken, instead of time of file modification)
2. I turned on EXIF in config, but I don't see those extra information
3. put a photo in two different albums

Sorry, I left out another question. Tried to edit my previous post, but can't find "edit"

4. to have a user group that has permission to change content (basically upload pictures to ALL albums), but not the permission to change config. I want a Super-user group that's between admin. and user.

It's a pity that we have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. This thread is invalid and cluttered beyond recovery. Closing and locking. Start from scratch, respecting the "one issue per thread" policy.
Use meaningfull subject lines as well.
