Permanent image links in albums

I want my gallery to display the permanent links to images listed in the gallery

Instead of say http://www.mysite.com/displayimage-13-0.html, it will link to http://www.mysite.com/images/-34671.html

I can do the rewrite of the URLs, I just need someone who can make permanent links on thumbnail pages.

I would prefer you get the modification working on a testing server, and than send me the code changes to implement myself, if possible. I can send you my theme.php and themes.inc.php if there might be compatibility issues as my gallery is modified.
