Different image size for the different albums

Please say how can I set to different albums different image size
I have set the 'Auto resize images that are larger than max width or height' to Yes:Everyone
but need it to be different for every album

...or something that can change much of the settings in albums...some albums to have Download image button... and so on

The feature you're looking for doesn't exist out-of-the-box. If you need it, you'll have to code it (or hire someone to code it for you).
The image sizes are a global setting. They don't exist per album.
