When uploading files got Fatal Error

Hello,

I got Fatal Error when uploading some pics.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15488 bytes) in mywebsite.com/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 262

downloaded this file, looked at line 262, nothing i can fix. also found something weird in this file
