Winter_Blue wordpress theme ported to CPG

Hi,

Here the Winter Blue wordpress theme ported to coppermine.
This theme comes with a multilingual feature for the menu titles on the side bar.
You can find a lang folder with the appropriates language files (english, french, german)
fell free to add yourown lang file.
