Photo issues - not showing up.

I have been noticing this with some older photos, and definitely with new photos that I have just uploaded yesterday...

its been showing that there is a picture, but doesnt show a picture?

for example - this album,

does anyone know what the problem may be?

yeah, it shows a spot for a photo but no photo...which confuses me because some photos i had just uploaded a few days ago. could this be a space issue?

ask your webhost, they should know
