Sorry there is no album...

When users attempt to upload they get this message"Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures."  And I think I have permissions set right... obviously not.  Any help?

a) set permissions in groups page.
b) set permission in album properties.

don't forget.. the User has to CREATE an Album for their private pictures, before they can upload to it...

After you sign in, click on "Create / order my albums" in the top left part of the screen. Once that page loads up:
Click "NEW"
then in the space below type int he name of your album and click on "Apply modifications"

You have to do this BEFORE you can upload any photos to the server.

I used your test/photo and created an album.. and successfully uploaded a photo to your site

If you want your users to upload to the albums in categories you created, you have to change the album properties, to allow visitors to upload, as Nibbler said.
