Also, how can i change the " FILE 2/44" displayed in black here http://mydreambakery.biz/gallery/displayimage.php?album=10&pos=1
to "Cake 2/44"

This is the third time this question has been asked within a week. In the future, search before posting. In your case, looking at the index page of the board you posted in would have helped - see attached screenshot.
