Good morning !

I need some help about the VersionCheck!

My configuration is Windows Server 2003 SP1 (german) ,
Bevore I had the Version 1.4.8 running, now I updated to 1.4.16
The Version 1.4.8 works perfect, no problems, no errors (I never tried the
versioncheck on this 1.4.8 Version)

Yesterday I updated to 1.4.16 -
Everything (exapt the VersionCheck) is running perfectly but,
if I go in the Settings menue I see Coppermine photo Gallery 1.4.16(stable)
Then I read about this Version Check and I tried to execute this versioncheck
to see if everything is up to date ...
BUT I allways get an Error saying

CGI -Fehler
Die angegebene CGI-Anwendung hat keinen vollständigen Satz von HTTP-Headern zurückgegeben.

Has anyone a clue whats going on ?
I tried it several times - I guess 50 times always the CGI Error -
just once I had a screen but when I refreshed the page telling me again
a CGI Error....
:(

I searched the DB about this error but could not find anything about this CGI Error ...
Can any one help me ?

Thank you
take care
Aléx

Ignore versioncheck if it doesn't work for you and if you're convinced that you have upgraded as suggested. Versioncheck won't work on all server setups.

Hi Joachim !

Thank you for quick response ! Ok I will irgnose the versioncheck, I just want to make sure, everything was ok when I was upgrading from 1.4.8 to 1.4.16..... that was the reason why I want to try the versioncheck ... :)

Everything works fine so I think the upgrade was ok !

Have a nice day,
take care
Alex
