Coppermine, phpBB 2.0.23, Can't enable.

I have the following issue when trying to bridge Coppermine 1.4.16 and phpBB 2.0.23
I have installed both and they are both working in standalone mode. I ran the Bridge Wizard, all OK.
Now when I go to the admin tools / Bridge Manager and try to enable it runs me through Bridge Wizard again and I still end up disabled.
I keep getting looped.

BridgeManager settings:

If you can't enabled the bridge using the bridge manager, try enabling it manually using a third-party tool like phpMyAdmin. There, browse coppermine's config table and set "bridge_enable" from "0" to "1".
