You obviously failed to upgrade as we suggested. As we can't know what you actually did (you failed to post the steps you made), we can't tell you what went wrong. Seems like you performed a fresh install instead of upgrading - the pics don't exist in the location where they used to exist.

actually the old gallery had a virus on the hosting server due to some reason and those files got deleted. I had to do a fresh install and copy mysql inserts into the new db. which went fine. I also copied the album files/images on the same location.

Also I did the same practise on another site which worked perfectly fine. but not working fine here.

Please advise.

Well, the files are not where they are supposed to be, so you must have done somthing wrong when moving the files back to the server. My advice is: restore the files where coppermine expects them to be. As an example: the image embedded into http://www.saxophonestocollect.com/cpg1416/displayimage.php?pos=-122 is suppossed to reside at http://www.saxophonestocollect.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10002/1.bmp, but it doesn't reside there - you have failed to restore the file where it is suppossed to. As expected, the thumb/intermediate/full-size are not being displayed - simply because the file that the database record points to doesn't exist.

So you finally got hacked? We have told you so many times. Now finally your site got hacked because of your reluctance to upgrade. That's bad for you, however I must admit that I have to comment "we told you so".

hozyali

ohh. I see I have made a big mistake. I will resolve it first.

regarding the hack, can you link me to the post you have mentioned about it?

if you go it http://www.saxophonestocollect.com/gallery_old/ and have antivirus enabled, it alerts you for a virus blocking.

but this issue is also with our other files like, html homepage etc.

Please advise if you can.

Thanks

Use your FTP app to make a backup of http://www.saxophonestocollect.com/gallery_old/albums/ - copy all files that reside within that folder to a temporary folder on your desktop client. Then clean the content of that local folder - make sure that there are no executable files there and no script files - all files there should be images, none of them can be PHP, Perl, JavaScript, HTML or similar files. If you're sure that the local copy is clean (i.e. only images reside in the local copy), upload them to http://www.saxophonestocollect.com/gallery/albums/ Don't rely on your local virus scanner only - it will not clean that folder!

Thank you for your advise. I have resolved the images not appearing issue. The mistake I made was uploading wrong sql inserts in mysql. Actually I have several websites using CPG with same theme but different topics. so I removed the inserts I made wrong from phpmyadmin and uploaded the correct ones. Now the new gallery works perfect.

Thank you.
