SMF2 and Coppermine bridge slows down/stops forum

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and SMF 2 Public Beta 3:
There's no error message, but there are noticable problems. What makes these problems strange is that for whatever reason, they only occur in Opera (v.9.25 Build 8827 is what I use). What the problem is, is that whenever I navigate to the gallery, I'm "stuck." Basically what I mean is that everytime that I goto the gallery, guest or user, and click on a link leading to the forums (the problem exists with Logout, Register, and Login), the forum loads the header, and then it hangs. It doesn't display the content or anything. This only started occuring after I bridged SMF and Coppermine.
