I installed CPG at the root of my website, but now, i'd like to move it in a subfolder... what am i supposed to do to move my gallery safely?

Many thanks for your help!

if you have direct access to the webserver, you can just create a folder and move the entire files that belong to coppermine there. If you have only ftp access, you'll have to download all files that exist on your server to your hard drive (the albums folder contains all pics and there's an important file named config.in.php in the include folder that was created during install). Then upload the whole enchilada to your new subfolder.

The important bit is to keep the relative position of the files intact.

After upload to the new location, log in as admin, go to config and change the "Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards" setting to match your new url.
