Is there a limit to the length of the IPTC Tags?

The output by Copermine 1.3beta shows this:

It should read:

Copyright (c)2004 Eric R. Kleiner. All rights reserved. Images are not licensed for any use without the express written permission of the author.

Any solutions / suggestions?

Seems so:

Copyright Notice
max. 128 letters, IPTC No. 116.

Nothing coppermine can do about this, you'll just to make it a little shorter,
