Can i make a update 1.416 -> 1.417 on a local folder

we too got the "cdpuvbhfzz.com" problem.

In meantime or homepage is already cleaned and online, so the HP works ok.

I have made a download from the whole site on a local pc. I have serached and changed the infected code by the Dremaweaver option an then upload all corrected files to the server. The coppermine Folder i have deleted on the server.
So our homepage is now running without coppermine.

And so i come to the Question regarding my next task. And this will be to migrate to the new version of coppermine.

How can i update the local files (which are clean now) to the new version ?

The only supported upgrade method is being explained in the docs.

But now i have deleted ( before i have made a complete download ) the whole coppermine folder
( except ftpupload ) because of infection.

But now i don't want to copy the infected code oncemore to the server! I look for a way to
avoid this.

Then only re-upload uninfected files, simple as that.
