Hello-
I created a new gallery today, the location is http://www.kingdomcomputer.info/gallery
I am having mixed results with uploading. We drove from Tennessee to California for Christmas, and I want to make a gallery with or photos from the trip. You'll see two albums, one called "Wallpaper" and another called "Christmas in California". I added the wallpaper gallery just for testing, and obviously it worked.
When i try to add photos from my camera, i don't even get an error message... I FTP'd the photos to a directory on the server, just as I did for the wallpapers. When i try to Batch Add, I get a screen like {see attached image}

I have done this before and it worked fine. The information for the images I am trying to attach are:

Image Type: jpeg (The JPEG image format)
Width: 2304 pixels
Height: 1728 pixels
Camera Brand: Radioshack
Camera Model: 16-489
Date Taken: 2008:12:21 08:09:17
Exposure Time: 1/239 sec.
Aperture Value: 4.97 EV (f/5.6)
ISO Speed Rating: 50
Flash Fired: Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode.
Metering Mode: Multi Spot
Exposure Program: Landscape mode (for landscape photos with the background in focus)
Focal Length: 6.2 mm
Software: 00.01.0865
Copyright: Copyright 2007

Of course some of that will differ, but the dimensions and the file size are the same across the board. I have adjusted the max filesize and dimensions, but since the interface is not giving me any information, I have no idea what else to do.

Help?

If more information is needed, please advise.

thanks,

One more thing, when I click that info on the right that says "click for details or to reload", i get a page that states

Error 500 - Internal server error

An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

The full URL that "click for details" points to is

I made the changes from your link and attempted to upload the a single file, and I get:

Error 500 - Internal server error

An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

Any ideas?

Yes, ask your web hosting suport about it ;) They should solve the problem.

I am going to try rebuild first. The files seem to be there, but I cant help but wonder if something got botched in the FTP transfer. I have set these up before without incident, never ran into this issue before..

Will report back in a bit...

Thanks,

Strange-

Is it possible that I am having issues with the current ISP? Reason I ask this, I live in Tennessee, but I am in California right now for Christmas.. Just last week, I built one for a friend using the same webhosting company with no problems whatsoever...

The ISP here is Comcast, if that matters

The rest of my website, www.kingdomcomputer.info, is working just fine, only the gallery is effected...

UPDATE:

For whatever reason, if i resize my images to 1280*960, then upload them, there is no problem at all...

I have my max pixel size set to 2500x2500, and my full size images are within that tolerance.
Can anyone explain this?

You are on shared hosting, so your host limits the server resources that are available to you. You need to keep your images small enough to be able to be processed within these limits.
