Only one album/page is visible?

I discovered this yesterday but I have not made any changes to the gallery in the past couple months.   After discovering this I checked the admin area and all my albums are still listed. I checked phpmyadmin and all the albums are still in the database.  I uninstalled my plugins(this is the last change I made) to see if that helped but it didn't.  I upgraded to 1.4.18 last night and that didn't help.

In the categories it will say the albums are there but it says "12 albums on 12 pages". You can only see pages 1 and 12 but even if you click on 12 there is only the same album visible from page 1.
