[Solved]: Captcha Verification Image Not Displaying

I had this working once before, but now the verification image won't display again, and I can't remember how (or where) I fixed it the last time. Could someone please check out the link below to see what I'm talking about. It shows a border with the word IMAGE where the verification image should be showing .... I know it has something to do with the image link but not sure where to fix.

Move the captcha.php to your gallery root directory.

It's giving a 404 - that means it's not there. If it actually is there then you need to talk to your webhost.

Sorry Nibbler! That's my bad. I forgot I had moved it back.

My image still isn't showing though.

Looks like you are using the mod and not the plugin and you have a file missing.

Well ... all I know is it was working fine before upgrading to the latest v. of Coppermine. I WAS using the mod but installed the v.3 of the Captcha plugin today and it is working great now.
