[Solved]: Shrinking thumbs

I know this sounds silly, but it's true...

And, as you can see, thumbs isn't the way they shoud be. I want to have thumbs like here http://mkogallery.com/visuals/ , but my thumbs aren't good. They are streching or shrinking... Help me!!!
