The security mechanism yields a "no image to display" message when sending a private album link to a user. This is a desired condition and one needs to login to view the album. However once the user logs in, they are redirected back to the original coppermine site and not the album that you want them to go to.

Is there a way around this?

1) For example, the link referring to the private album is sent. " http://*site*/cpg1418/thumbnails.php?album=17".

2) The user logs in seeing that they can't view it.

3) After they login, they are back to the original gallery.   http://*site*/cpg1418 and not  http://*site*/cpg1418/thumbnails.php?album=17

yes i am bridged with joomla but i unbridged it and got similar results.

similar in the sense that i would get the restriction on the page and then attempt to login by clicking "login" and upon login would land on the main gallery. I am guessing that clicking login changed where the page was supposed to land.

Anyhow, with the bridge setting is there a way to direct the user to a particular private album? Thanks!
